Partners Tim Lappin (of Bethany) and Matt Wilson (of Sullivan) opened Sullivan Country-Club restaurant,Greenview Grill, on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. The two are excited to be opening up a restaurant together in this area.
The restaurant business is not unfamiliar territory to both Tim and Matt. Together, they both have about 30 years of restaurant experience. Tim Lappin was the previous owner of Jibby's and Matt Wilson was the manager at Hickory River. They couldn't be happier to have a chance to run the new establishment-as the way it happened was merely by accident...
