Buying Eyeglasses Online: Coastal.com

I have purchased a couple of pairs of glasses online. I've tried Goggles4U.com and Firmoo. My latest online glasses endeavor is Coastal.com. Each website has had some type of special offer where I have been able to purchase a pair of eyeglasses under $10.

Coastal.com also offers an unbeatable deal as well. They will sell customers their first pair for free -but they must pay the taxes and shipping charges. While I have not received them yet, I did order a pair of Tina Fey glasses that were retailed at $78.00. With the special offer, I paid a total of only $9.90-(a savings of $68.10). I will get a chance to try out yet another discount online eyeglass store. If you'd like to join me in my little "test," you can purchase a pair of eyeglasses at Coastal and receive your first pair free by
using the code:  FIRSTPAIRFREE

Goggles4U and Firmoo both presented successful results. If you already have a present prescription, purchasing a pair of eyeglasses online is quite simple. You can upload a photo of yourself and "virtually" try on a pair of glasses. Each time, I have been quite happy with my selection.

Below are a couple of photos of me wearing eyeglasses that I have purchased online.

Goggles4u.com: $4.95 Glasses

FIRMOO.com: 1st pair free

Writers Deep in Thought....

Just having some fun creating a poster... This is a photo of how I may look when I am thinking...

Often when a writer is lost in thought-they are millions of miles away-certainly not a time to interrupt them to ask them-"Honey, where did we put the salt?"... -More than likely, they probably won't be paying attention...

This poster is trying to capture a moment in thought, and perhaps create a little comedy. One a writer is thinking-you really don't know what's going to show up next on that piece of paper-or computer screen.

Waiting to see what's coming up next is the most exciting part of being a writer...

Budget-Friendly Food Savings

There have been many families who have seen a reduction in their household income. There are households where at least one parent (if not both) have either lost their job or have had to deal with reduced hours at their job. Many Americans are still fighting tough times despite what current news may report. Some say the economy is getting better, while others believe we are still in a recession...In my area-I believe the last statement- “We are still in a recession.”
Since many families are experiencing a reduction in their income, they have had to learn how to cut back and plan their food budgets accordingly. Some families have had to cut back on snacks and desserts and only buy the necessities. Others have become coupon-savvy and shop during sales. Whatever choice their household has made, they have had to learn how to become more budget-friendly with their food

Failure is Not an Option in My Small Business

Having the opportunity to operate your own small business can be rewarding. Starting up a small business is not simple because it takes a lot of hard work. If you have ever been passionate about a hobby or specific service, there is an chance that you can make it your own small business-you just need to learn how to set goals and stick with them.

In the Beginning
Ever since I was a young girl, I was passionate about writing. I grew up writing stories and poetry. As I grew older, I knew that somehow I would like to write for a newspaper or write books. It was in the early 1990's when I was a child, so the Internet wasn't quite prevalent as it is today. Never once did I think that I would be writing web content for the Internet or running my own small writing business.

Do You Like to Dip?

When I go into restaurants-especially Italian ones-I go crazy over bread and dipping sauce. There is nothing more comforting than bread-sticks. It is nice when you can create that same feeling at home.

I was surfing the web, and found a website that recreates those restaurant quality dipping bowls.  They are made by a family owned business, Cruets.com

Check out what they have to offer at:

American Job Outlook Appears to be Hopeful

COMMENTARY | Employment is beginning to look hopeful in the U.S. While unemployment rates still hold steady at 8.3 percent, there were 227,000 jobs added in February. Those who are still out of work are hoping for a better future in the economy and a chance to get back to work again.
In each of the past three months, jobs have grown by more than 200,000, which makes people hopeful that America is on the rebound. It was researched that the Labor Department had misreported the number of jobs that were added in December and January. There were 61,000 jobs more than what had originally been reported.
While more jobs are continuing to be added, there are still businesses that are finding they need to let employees go because....(click here to continue reading the article)
